All our food is managed by our in-house team in the renowned restaurant Avataras. With an untiring passion for fresh, local ingredients, including our own produce from our organic vegetable garden, home-laid eggs and carefully prepared range of chutneys and other products.

It was our Bistro in Buenos Aires (long ago and far away) that drove us to grow our own vegetables and seek rare and forgotten varieties. Today, our 3 hectares of gardens, fruit trees, berries, chicken coop, and dairy cows on the slopes of Lake Meliquina nourish this farm-to-table project with the highest quality.
8 courses through our organic production, accompanied by wines from Chandon and Terrazas de los Andes wineries.
